It is our pleasure to inform you that starting from the next issue onwards the Arab Journal of Gastroenterology will be published by the world’s largest scientifi c publisher. You have all witnessed the developments in the journal regarding its scientifi c and editorial qualities and contributed to the success which rendered the journal competitive in the medical community not only in the Arab region, but also in the world. Although this is reason enough to celebrate, yet it should be a motivation for us to continue the path and work on further raising the quality of the journal.
We are keen that the journal should refl ect the current status of gastroenterological research and practice in the Arab region and beyond. Publications in the journal should contribute to the advancement of research and clinical practice. Quality is here a key issue. In that respect, we are willing to assist in the preparation of manuscripts if these are con-sidered of top scientifi c quality. Therefore, authors should not hesitate to contact us for any support we can provide to them. We are also willing to support peer reviewers by any information or articles they need for accomplishing their peer reviewing process.
